I think these are the same..

I have november as birthmonth in my notes

Also I think he played in Levski Sofia in 2001..

According to the Bulgarian newspaper, the first one (from CSKA and Cherno More in 2006/07) has never played in Russia, and begun his career at Vihren. Although in that interview:

the player himself claims that he had been 7 months at Baltika, so I think it makes it's clear, that it's the same player :)

Should be the same player.

These sources say his actual birhdate is November 6:
