Can someone please fill in the career of this Romanian forward:

Right now he is a coach in lower levels in Romania (Minerul Mehedint, I believe). I also learned that he played for Universitatea Craiova and UM Timisoara in Romania in the 90s. And I believe I saw references to him moving to Israel (Maccabi Akhi Nazareth, level 2) in 2004. How much of this is true, I have no idea but it gives some clues for someone who can get to more sources about Romanian football than I can.
