Very interesting player who represented Turks & Caicos Islands in 2006 WCQs.

Can anyone help with DOB and info on his lower league career in England? Might be difficult to trace, but any help is appreciated.
Cheers.
BTW - Turks & Caicos Islands doesn't seem to show a nationality in the profile - is this a bug or is it missing?

Unfortunately the e-mail addresses of the Turks and Caicos Island fire and rescue department I could find are no longer used.
He seems to be in his mid 30's Stevenage Borough in the early 90's but probably not a regular first team player. Played locally in the Peterborough & District League. Qualified to play for Turks and Caicos because he's a British citizen who lived on the Island for more than 2 years
