I think you are mixing up 2 different Neira's.

1) Miguel Angel Neira Pincheira - DOB 09.10.52 and

2) Manuel Alejandro Neira (Pincheira) - DOB 12.10.77

Not sure that the latter Neira has Pincheira as a name

The youngest one has "Díaz" as the mother's surname, I corrected him; in fact, they are often confused.
