Indeed, that was what I thought too, before I found his name spelled with "I" instead of "Y" at rsssf.com. Now I found this information here about a player of Atletic d'Escaldes called Nuno Frias:
Frias (Nuno Miguel Almeida Frias) 8/5/1982 Portugese.
This makes me 90% sure that Ricardo Almeida Frias iss related to him in any way, because there might not be many football players with the name 'Almeida Frias' in Andorran higher level football.
