This just means that he made his first match for Benfica 1995. So what's correct now? Did he made a match 95/96 for Benfica or not? Thanks for answer.

He made his debut for Benfica against Lierse SK 12th September 1995 in the UEFA Cup. He also played in the return match. These are the only 2 official matches in the first team he played for them in 1995-96
