I can confirm the Sporting Portugal data except I note 93/94 as 8/1. In 1993 he was apparently involved in a serious car crash (while under the influence of alcohol) and ended up paralysed. The following is a subsequent extract from the Moscow Times.

a traffic light in Red .... He ws not alone as it was proved that he was a large amount of
