Some people give him the name Armstrong, but that's not correct !!!

You say that you found nothing after 1997, where he play than in 1995 and 1996?Again by Maryland?

I have very sketchy data before 1998, I know he didn't play for Maryland in 1997, but he might have played somewhere else in USISL (that the level below A-league), or indoors. He's coaching now in DC area, so he retired for sure.

And before 1989 is nothing to find here?Maybe he was a youthplayer by Maryland, en play since 1985 ore something in Maryland, and was the team than first division? Ore is he since 1989 in USA and comes from Ghana....

Nothing before 1989 and nothing in 1995, 1996, 1997. He also played beach soccer, so maybe that what he did after 1994
