The career of this great brazilian needs some arrangements.

Here's what we have on PH:
1966 Botafogo
1965 Botafogo
1964 Sporting Cristal (Peru)
1963 São Paulo
1962 São Paulo
1962 Botafogo
1961 Botafogo
1960 Botafogo
59/60 Real Madrid (Spain) 19 6
1959 Botafogo
1958 Botafogo
1957 Botafogo
1957 Fluminense
1956 Fluminense
1955 Fluminense
1954 Fluminense
1953 Fluminense
1952 Fluminense
1951 Fluminense
1950 Fluminense
1949 Fluminense
1948 Madureira
1947 Madureira
1946 Madureira
1945 Americano

And that's the french wikipedia (quite correct, usually):
1966 : São Paulo FC Brésil
1965-1966 : CD Veracruz Mexique
1965 : Botafogo FR Brésil
1964 : São Paulo FC Brésil
1964 : Botafogo FR Brésil
1963 : Sporting Cristal Pérou
1960-1962 : Botafogo FR Brésil
1959-1960 : Real Madrid Espagne
1956-1958 : Botafogo FR Brésil
1949-1956 : Fluminense FC Brésil
1948-1949 : Madureira (Rio de Janeiro) Brésil
1947 : Lençoense (São Paulo) Brésil
1947 : Rio Branco (Rio de Janeiro) Brésil
1946 : Industrial (Rio de Janeiro) Brésil

I'm 100% sure he was at Veracruz in 65/66 as a player-coach (5 goals scored), and also coached (or even played) first three matches of 66/67 season for the same team. So, need to confirm the other data (for example, when he was in Peru?). Someone knows more?

Yes, this should be correct, with the adding of the season in Mexico - just found that page of the brazilian football federation with the same data: http://www2.uol.com.br/cbf/memoria/craques_d.pdf
I'm going to do the corrections if no one can add more.

I've got a story in an IFFHS-book about Didi:
He went to Lima in 1962 as a coach and only played one match (a friendly) in three years. There's no mentioning of Sao Paolo whatsoever. Didi played a few matches with Botafogo in Mexico and was loaned by that club to Veracruz for the season 1964/65 (26 matches, 4 goals) and the beginning of 1965/66 (3 matches, 0 goals). After that he went back to Lima as a coach and became Peru's national coach.
