I'm looking for this player, date of birth, place of birth.
He played for RSC Anderlecht between 1975 and 1978, he played (and won) the Cup Winners' Cup final in 1976 (Anderlecht vs West Ham United).
Where did he play before and after this period ?

I'm practicly sure he was a youth player from SC Anderlecht.

And 1976-1977 he play NOT by Anderlecht :-)
