I found almost all data to Flavio Casal
I now that in 2003/04 he was in benfica B then he left to Feyenord B then he comed back to portugal, played in O Elvas.
The last data that i have he was leaving to Paphos (Chipre) in january 2006... dont know if he sign

He had a trial with Excelsior in the summer of 2004. (Feyenoord's "satellite" club ) He was not signed

This site indicates he was with Vihren Sandanski (Bulgaria) in November 2006 -
