According to the Asia-Oceania Football Yearbook of 1985, some of the players in the Macau national team had "experience in Portuguese league football".

All three are former international players for Macau, can anyone provide more information about them, especially their time in Portugal?

Alberto Carvalhal - Forward
Jose Babaroca - Defence
Massad Simões - Goalkeeper

Thanks in advance!

Hi

About your doubts :

Macau:
Portugal admnistrated this territory during centuries , that now belongs to
China with a peculiar regime , as Macau belongs to a group known as PALOP
(Group of Countries of Portuguese Language ) they had inside all these countries
as Portugal Brazil , Angola , Mozambique ,... some rights about citizenship and
work permits, that can support your doubt.
Players :
Never heard about this guys , neither I could find trace of them in the Federation
