Autumn 1997 Aarau (CH) 5/0

Spring 1998 Spartak Varna (A Group/1st level) 14/6

Unfortunately, it does not specify which one but it says it was in Ligat ha'Al (sorry if I mis-spelled that) which I believe is the first level in Israel. I hope it helps at least a little bit.
Also, have in mind that this information can be erroneous. RSSSF does not list Georgiev as a scorer for 2002-03 season.

1996-97 Aarau 23-1 is correct ( Autumn and Spring total)
Autumn 1997 Aarau: Didn't play or wasn't there
Spring 1998 Spartak Varna seems to be true (13-6 in European Football Yearbook, but that's not a great source for Bulgarian stats)
1999-2000: Aarau: no league matches played as far as I can see
Honved: No leaguematches played for them
Didn't play any leaguematches for Hapoel (or any other level 1 club 2001-03 )

I guess that the abroad stats in the Bulgarian Wikipedia are totally off.
On the Bulgarian:
Spring 1994 might as well be true although looking quite strange: 13/25. I just read in the teams webpage that he arrived there over the winter and in the spring he was scoring 2-3 goals in almost every game. It also confirms the goals for 1994-95 season: 26
1995-96: from the website of Spartak Varna I counted 29 matches and 21 goals. Unfortunately they do not have line-ups for Spring 1998 but say that Georgiev has 27 goals total for the club so the 6 goals seem to right in this half-season.
Spring 2002: he did play for Botev Vratza (I don't know if the club is in the database). I can only find him scoring one goal, though

Well, If he did played in Israel he must have played in the Toto Cup. In the first stages of this cup, trial players can play also. I checked all of Hapoel Petach Tikva games in 02/03 season, he didn't play for them. I still got to search Hapoel Kfar Sava, Hapoel Tel Aviv and Hapoel Beer Sheva
