"Ligafußball in der DDR. Tabellenbuch" (page 88) and "Enzyklopädie des DDR-Fußballs" (page 80) says also 20 goals and topscorer of Liga Nord when SC Chemie Halle won promotion to Oberliga. I added 26/20 for this season until someone can provide in-depth stats from that 1964/65 season.
