Anyone knows DOB and correct nationality of striker Antonio Gómez Benítez?
He was playing for Deportivo Cucuta (Colombia) in 1974 and 1975.
Panathinaikos (Greece) bought him for 2,500,000 drachmas in 1978 when he was 26 years old.
Next season (1979/80) he played for Rodos (Greek A' Ethniki).
Almost all sources refer to him as Brazilian, but a newspaper of the day of his arrival in Greece says he was Argentinean.

I found the player in the squads of Pereira and Cucuta in Colombia. There he was known as an Argentina player

There was also a certain Antonio Gomez (striker) 70-71 in Racing Avellaneda.

Its very strange for an Argentinian because he uses 2 names Gomez Benitez as in Colombia as in Greece.

According RSSSF, a file from a friend of me, he is from Uruguay and this could be another possibility.
