Anyone knows exact DOB of Luis Fernandez Grene?

He was in seasons 1982/83 and 1983/84 with UANL Tigres (Mexico) and 1985/86 with Apollon Athens (Greece).
I have only found he was also called Luis "Chiquitin" Fernandez and he was born in 1960.
