Hello, I guess this player here appears twice in the ph-database:

In addition it is highly probable that he appeared in the Guinea-Bissau national team in WC-qualifying 1996/98. On http://www.rsssf.com/tables/98-qual-det.html a Mamadu Djalo is mentioned.
