I have to believe that FC Porto records are correct , and in that match
they only have 11 players fielded
Also I read the newspaper report of the following day of a daily newspaper
of Porto (Jornal de Noticias ) and they don't refer any change during the
game in that report

Also I think that Domingues is João Tavares Domingues (17.12.1949) a defender
... not a goalkeeper ...
