It has been hard to find any match played for Paulo Madeira for Fluminense durimg 2003

What I could know through the Brazilian Press was that Fluminense was forbidden to
engage new players because they were owing money to FC Porto in the process to loan
Alessandro , they had to pay USAD 400.000,00 and they didn't pay so FIFA determined
that were unable to engage new players under Brazilian Sources Paulo Madeira didn't
play a single match for "Flu" and went back home after a short stay in Rio Janeiro

Neverthless his 0/0 has to be confirmed through other sources
