Since 1978 only 3 I think:
Piet Wildschut, Pieter Huistra and Jan Kromkamp
also in the 70's: Theo de Jong, Johan Zuidema, Oeki Hoekema, Wietze Couperus
And finally Abe Lenstra, Germ Hofma and André Roosenburg (not born in Friesland, but he was an international when he played for Sneek) 40's, 50's

Period september 1976/june 80 It's has nothing to do if the names sounds Flemish or Wallon
Who is Flemish someone who speaks Flemish ? and who is Wallon someone who speaks French ? What will you do with those who were born in Brussels and speaking both languages perfectly ? To please you I give you a list from those who were born in the Region Wallonie :
Hubert Cordiez
Alexandre "Alex" Czerniatynski
Guy Dardenne
Charles 'Charly' Jacobs
Philippe Garot
Jacques 'Jacky' Munaron
Michel Preud'homme
Michel Renquin
Jean Thissen
This is pure political and has no value for any statistic.
I can't understand what makes a difference if they are Flemish, Wallons or "Brusselois". We are not Yugoslavia !!! They are all Belgians and not foreigners who become Belgian citizen because they saw an oppurtunity to play a WC or EC like Weber, Strupar and Oliveira. They all does not live anymore in Belgium.
