Hi,

I'd like to know which clubs formed the following City Select XI in the Fairs CuP:

Frankfurt, Germany 1956-58
Cologne, Germany 1958-60 and 1960-61
Copenhagen KBU, Denmark 1958-60
West Berlin, Germany 1961-62
Odense Staevnet, Denmark 1962-63

Frankfurt 1955-58 contained players from FSV Frankfurt, Kickers Offenbach, Eintracht Frankfurt and SpVgg. Neu-Isenburg
Köln 1958-60 contained players from 1.FC Köln and SC Viktoria Köln.
Copenhagen 1958-60 contained players from Frem Kobenhavn, Akademisk Kobenhavn, Bronshoj and Esbjerg.
West Berlin 1961-62 contained players from Tasmania Berlin, Tennis Borussia Berlin and Hertha BSC Berlin.

In November 1958 I saw them play under the name of Frem in the Fairs Cup against Chelsea. Their side was made up of 8 x Frem players plus one each from B93, Esbjerg fB and Vejle Boldklub.

I have just found an old programme of Drumconada v Odense (Fairs Cup 3/10/62). The pen pictures give the following clubs for the players selected:

OB; B1913; B1909; & K.F.U.M - hope this helps
