Hi Luc,
My IFFHS-book says that 1972-73 is the first season of Oswaldo Castro, playing for America, but I think he already played for America a season earlier. Not sure though.
His last season in Chili was in 1971.

Oswaldo "Pata Bendita" Castro made his mexican debut the first week of 71-72, scoring a goal in the 6-1 victory against San Luis (first ever match of San Luis in Primera División, and last professional game of the legendary Salvador "Chava" Reyes); Roberto Hodge and Carlos Reinoso were in the squad as well.
Castro was sold to Jalisco in 1975 in exchange of brazilian star Alcindo da Freitas; remained until 78-79, then Deportivo Neza (79-81), Atlético Potosino (81-82) and finally Pumas (82-83).

Roberto "el Negro" Hodge joined Tigres UANL in 74-75, then Tecos UAG. In december 1976, he left Tecos to come back in Chile; an article on El Informador (03/11/1976) said he was willing to return home for personal reasons, and he had contacts with two clubs (Everton and Unión Española). No more info after the date.

The same year (75-76) Tecos fielded the other chileans Ahumada and de las Heras. Ahumada was then loaned to Everton at the end of the season (and won the chilean title), definitevely sold in december 1976, and never returned to Mexico. I don't know Francisco de las Heras, he probably had no more than a year in Mexico.

Juan Rodríguez Vega debuted for Atlético Español in 71-72.

Cheers :)
