2004-2006 Hearts Of Oak(not sure about when he started there)
Jan 2006/2006 Al-Ittihad
2006/2007 Al-Shabab

he's also been U17 and U20 International

Agyemang:

2005 untill now with Kaizer Chiefs(debut 20/08/2005)

Philemon McCarthy - in the seasons 2005, 2006 & 2007 he has been playing for Feyenoord Academy Goma Fetteh in Ghana
Not sure whether he is a full intyernational but you may have more information about this - has he played in the recent ANC qualifiers?
