Chrisostomos Christofi 's full name is Chrisostomos Tsouras (or Juras) Christofi (Source: AZ Futbol Europeo 1998-99)

I noticed also sme differences in the match played in Jablonec :

SOFRONIS AVGOUSTI ;
CHRISOSTOMOS CHRISTOFI , FILIPPOS FILIPPOU , MILENKO SPOLJARIC , MARIOS THEMISTOCLEOU (65-MICHALIS CHRISTOFI );
DOROS ARESTI (109'-XENIOS KYRIAKOU ) , STEFANOS VOSKARIDIS (74' - NICODEMOS PAPAVASSILIOU ) , GEORGIOS KAIS ;
NEBOJSA MLADENOVIC ,CHRISTOS GERMANOS , GEORGIOS KAVAZIS .

Bye

That is really strange. What is your source and do you think that it is relieable? I am not really sure if mine is (It seems Mr. Ionescu did not work very solid).

The differences in case of the other two matches is based on the double name of the player CHRISOSTOMOS CHRISTOFI. His full name is Chrysostomos Tziouras (spelled Juras) Christofi.
So that is no problem.

By the way: Can you perhaps help me with the scorers in the penalty-shootout against Jablonec (for both teams)?

Hi

I usually use copies of the newspapers of the countries where the matches
were played
No exempt of errors but filtering the names that are not correctly spelled
I have reached to a level of relatively few errors

Sorry the detail report of the Czech Magazine Sport doesn't bring any
description of the players that scored the shoot out

Bye

OK, this seems to be more relieable than the Ionescu Book, so I will correct it in my database. Thank you.

Hello, I am still searching for the former Hibernian Paola player Egiro Kologbo. Today I found him with a new spelling on maltafootball.com: Edjoru Cologbo.
Maybe someone has his DOB in his database. This would be great. The only information I have about him is that he is from Nigeria and played for Hibs in 98/99.

Thanks for any help.

For those who are interested (maybe hmps): In the meantime I found out the missing data on two more players searched in this thread:

Ejiro Kologbo of FC Birkirkara is a Nigerian, born on 13.06.1979

and

Søren Skov Jørgensen is born on 03.04.1973.
