• Mac Dewitt (Scottish International ?)

In 1932, my club (OGC Nice) hired a Jim (?) Mac Dewitt (or Mac Devitt) as coach.
He was introduced as an "ex Scottish International".
As he is not on the Scottish F.A. official list, does anybody know him ?
