Hello,

I have many (East) German souces who say that Norbert Ringels scored the goal for Mönchengladbach against Magdeburg in a 1-3 UEFA Cup 1st round away loss in the 1981/82 season. I have on the other hand some (West) German sources who say that Frank Mill scored this goal in the 51th minute. Any dead sure source?

By the way: does someone knows the first names of the following 1980s referees:

Gy?ri (Hungary)
Dragomir (Romania)
Resnicek (Czechoslovakia)
Cirulli (Italy)

Thanks for your help in advance.
Cheers, Matthias

Thanks a lot for your help. I'm going with Mill when I "publish" Magdeburg in 82/83 (http://rsssf.com/tablesd/duit-ec85.html).

Have a nice weekend, Matthias

In the European Cup Winners' Cup 1981/82 (Preliminary Round, First Leg) between Politehnica Timi?oara and 1. FC Lokomotive Leipzig (2-0) there was an Czechoslavakian referee with the last name ?ezní?ek or so. Does anyone know the first name of him?

Cheers and have a nice weekend, Matthias

Antonin ?ezní?ek, 19.05.1940

He was Slovak, by the way. Second from left in the bottommost row on http://www.arbitri.sk/rs/12/dbp/rozhodcovia_84-85.3.jpg
