on September 17, 1980 FC Vorwärts Frankfurt/Oder lost 2-1 at Ballymena United FC in the UEFA Cup 1st round 1st leg.
The goalscorers for the Northern Ireland cub were McQuiston and Sloan. Do you have any further informations for their full names?

By the way: Are the following referee names for two of the four matches of FC Vorwärts in this season correct?

Ballymena United FC (away): Francis Bastian or Francis Bastiau from Luxembourg?
VfB Stuttgart (home): George Brian Smith from Scotland?
