how do add reserve teams?

I notice that in the new site we can add reserve teams for a clubs. One example is Walsall. How can I do that. I want to add FC Levadia II as FC Levadia reserve club.

Click edit,(the second one). And then change clubname. ( Top line) After that you can delete the clubname from the original list
