Denmark - Two 2nd level divisions in 1991?

Hello,

could it be that Denmark before 1991 (http://playerhistory.com/Default.aspx?page=national_countryCmpSeasonList&levelID=1&nationID=235) isn't in the best shape in our database?

For example:
I. There's only first level competition (1981) shown before the introduction of the Superligaen in 1991.
II. When the so called 1. Division became the second level for the 1991 season then it is unlikely that the 2. Division East and West in 1991 were the second level as well.

So I assume - correct? - that Thomas CHRISTIANSEN Tarín (http://playerhistory.com/Default.aspx?page=player_details&playerID=4041) played the one match (1 goal) for Boldklubben af 1893 København in the third level (2. Division East,1991) and not in the second, or?
