Does anyone know how accurate the information from Wikipedia is?
I was looking at birth towns.

Generally isn't accurate, but every article is a separate case. It's all in how you use it. Basically the problem is that wikipedia is the encyclopedia everyone can vandalize.
However I've got an account and I created some good football lists.

Like many other web-sites it has its uses but I always try and get the facts confirmed by other sources - although many of these have also taken their data from Wikpedia. Overall it is probably no worse than many other web-sites and occasionally very good.
