Romeo Ionescu has published 3 volumes on Copa Libertadores (1965-1980, 1981-2000 and 2001-2008, the last also includes World Club Championship lineups).

I entered the matchfacts for recent tournaments (2005-2010 are complete), but I miss older data.
You may also have a try here, online archive of mexican newspaper El Informador; they may cover the Libertadores sometimes, especially starting from 1998 (first participation of mexican clubs).

What original pages?

Once again, guillermo asked about Copa LIBERTADORES, not Copa America (which is pretty well documented on the Web).
