According to the DSFS book on Intertoto there was no such match. Panonios took over the fixtures of Olympiakos when they resigned. Apparently both legs were played in Zagreb (Dinamo - Olympiakos 4:0 and Dinamo - Panonios 2:2).

Another one I am missing. Likely 10.08.1968, as it would match the dates of other games (one half in June and the other in August).

then Olympiakos was replaced by Panionios after Aris and Panaigialeios refused the place offered by the Greek football federation (EPO).
