Andre Mateus (DOB 01.01.80) played for Angola in the WC 2006 qualifiers. He appaers to be a different player to the Mateus below who played for Angola in the WC 2006 Finals - althogh very many reports referred to the latter also as Andre Mateus.

The first Mateus seems to have played all of his club football in Angola whereasthe second plays in Portugal.
Can someone please confirm that these are two different players.

The second is Andre Mateus and plays for
Inter Club Luanda
