Those years in slovenia and albania are not good as I'm sure that in 1998/1999 he played in Israel. and maybe even earlier. I will add the good stats that I'm sure of in Israel and please correct or delete the stats of albania and slovenia if not sure.
Also I have a source which says he was born in 14.2.1971 and not 1974. please check this.

I didn't add his Israeli stats, they were already in. I also have his BD as 14-2-1971, but 1974 was already in so I didn't change it.
If you go to rsssf archive and look up Slovenia you'll find that he was at the club Maribor (look for Viktor Paco though). I also read that he left Flamurtari for Israel in October of 1999. He also was a leading scorer for Flamurtari in 1996/97 with 14 goals.

I have 1971 as well. From EFY:
1998-99 Hapoel Jerusalem 13-9 . Played for them in August on the day the season in Albania started. so Flamurtari 1998-99 can be deleted I think.
1997-98 Hajduk Split 14-5
1997-1998 Maribor 11-6
1996-97 Maribor 13-8
1996-97 Flamurtari 13-14 !!! (play-offs not included, he didn't score in those because he went to Maribor)
to Greece???
1990-91 Flamurtari 12-4
1987-88 Flamurtari 1-0
4 caps 0 goals ,debut :9-10-1996 against Portugal

In Maccabi Haifa site his bio says that after he left Albania he left for Spain (The club name isn't mentioned), from there to Proodeftiki (Greece) and then to AEK Athinas (Greece). It also noted that he played for Larnaca (Cyprus), I believed they ment AEK Larnaca.
Another thing, How is name should be provided here, Paco or Pacha? I know it pronounced Pacha but I guess we should write the name in his Albanian form.

He was at Proodeftiki (Greece) in second part of 1992/93 season and the whole of 1993/94 season. He has never played for AEK Athens, it is probably AEK Larnaca (Cyprus).
