Is confirmed the transfer of former Racing Santander and Malaga player Anderson Silva from Nacional Montevideo to Everton?

At the moment he isn't part of the first team, and the reserves don't play a lot this time of the year. I'll have a look in a few weeks time. I add all Premiership games with line-ups and unused subs so I add it when I need him earlier.
