We press the hyperreference of a surname of the player
"http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peregrino_Anselmo" - Juan Peregrino Anselmo (born 30 April 1902)
So where date of birth 03.08.1904 or 30.04.1902 is more correctly written
And so on all sites, on one page one date is written, on other page of the same site is written on another
Peregrino Anselmo "http://esporte.uol.com.br/copa/2006/historia/1930/campeao.jhtm" 03.08.1904

The only way to be sure is visit Uruguay and look it up in the official birth records. You can't even trust their passports, a lot of players changed their DOB to be more attractive for foreign clubs. For a lot of African players their DOB is a wild guess, birth records are far for complete in these countries, a lot of them are older than they say they are.

I live in Russia. Up to Uruguay to me in life never ?????????.
I saw all Uruguayan sites, everywhere the different information.
On all letters on these sites I have not received any worthy answer.
You speak about Africa and problems with an establishment of date of birthes of players,
I heard these words from many. I asked about a command(team) of Uruguay - the first world champions.
About them it is issued hundreds books, but in in books too on miscellaneous it is written.
At present it is possible to tell that on 4 players of the exact information is not present and will not be.
So all on miscellaneous also will write
