Im sitting here wondering about the Faroese U21 team

There is a player mentioned: Johan Ellingsgaard
DOB Playerhistory: 2.5.1985
This sources all say 1989 ( http://www.football-lineups.com/footballer/23913/ - http://swe.worldfootball.net/spieler_pr ... ingsgaard/ )

I think 1989 is the correct one right?

Also on the UEFA page there is a player called: Hallur Hanssen

Any info on him?

On Hallur Hansen I have:
1) Hallur Hansen Goalkeeper 8/7/1980
2002-2003-2004-2005 Gi Gotu
2) Hallur Hansen 27-06-1984

Very strange unless there are more than one
one Johann Ellingsgaard I have him with a
DOB : 01.09.1987

Which seems correct as he played in 2006 and
2008 for B36 (19 years ... )

DOB 0f 1989 he would have 17 in his debut !

But ... !

If he plays in the U21 right now he must be born after 1988 so I would guess that 1989 is the correct year.

Players in the Faroese league makes their debut very early. This year there were a couple of players born in 92 and 93..

Ok nice! Now we must find out if the one in our db is the same with a wrong DOB.

Johan Ellingsgaard. He is the same player.
I have corrected the DOB (12/5/1989)
